Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no minimum, so you can order just 1 shirt, hat or scrub top with your logo, or outfit your whole team. Learn more about no-minimum ordering.
How do I send you my logo?
Email your logo to echoeentries@gmail.com with a note about which items you want. If you're not sure your file will work, send what you have and we'll let you know.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG. For the best print:
- Best: a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) or a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, at the size you want it printed.
- Avoid faded edges, soft shadows and semi-transparent effects. They don't print cleanly.
- Keep lines at least 0.5 mm (about 1.5 pt) thick and text at least 8 pt.
Only have a small or blurry logo? We can help clean it up or create a new one.
Will I see a mockup before you print?
Yes. We send you a preview of your logo on the items you choose, so you can see how it will look before you order.
Can my employees order their own shirts?
Yes. Once your design is approved, we can set up a private purchasing link for your business. Your staff, team members or contractors can then order their own logo apparel anytime, with no bulk order needed.
Printing
How is my logo put on the item?
Every custom item is decorated with DTF (direct-to-film) printing, including shirts, hoodies, hats, aprons and bags. DTF produces bright, full-color prints. We don't offer embroidery or screen printing. Your logo prints at the same size on every garment size. Most shirts allow a print area up to about 11" wide by 14" tall on the front or back.
Turnaround & shipping
How long will my order take?
Every custom item is made to order. Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–4 business days. That's an average, and it can vary by product. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships; please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update. Ready-to-wear brand items (boots, socks, stethoscopes and similar) ship separately from the brand. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping, where do you ship, and do you offer rush shipping?
Custom items ship within the U.S. only at a flat rate: $7.95 to the contiguous U.S. and $15.99 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Most packages ship by Amazon Ground; P.O. boxes, APO and some rural addresses may ship by USPS. We don't offer expedited or rush shipping on custom items. Please double-check your address: if a package comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the customer pays for the replacement order and reshipping.
Returns & changes
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Because every custom piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges, including for size. Please check the sizing info on each product page before you order. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or has a print problem, contact us within 30 days of receiving it with photos, and we'll reprint it for free. We can't reprint for problems caused by a low-quality artwork file. That's one reason we send a mockup first. See our Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us right away. We can only cancel an order before production starts. A design can't be changed once an order has been placed.
