Custom items are made to order
Every custom item is printed after you order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–4 business days on average, depending on the product and customization. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Where we ship
Custom items ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We don't ship custom items to Canada or other countries.
Shipping rates
Custom items ship at a flat rate (shown at checkout as "Flat Rate"):
- Contiguous U.S.: $7.95
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: $15.99
We don't currently offer expedited or rush shipping on custom items.
Carriers and tracking
Most custom orders ship by Amazon Ground, which delivers seven days a week. Deliveries to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, some rural areas and other destinations may ship by USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking to activate and update. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us with your name, email and order number.
Delivery after shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Packaging
Custom orders ship in plain packaging directly from our U.S. production partner.
Delays
Please allow extra time during holidays and busy seasons. We'll post holiday order deadlines when they're available. We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but we're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, delivery destination or incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or returned packages
If a package is lost in transit and not returned, contact us and we'll send a free reprint. If a package is returned as undeliverable because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the customer pays for the replacement order and reshipping. Please double-check your address before you order. See our Refund Policy.
Ready-to-wear brand items
Some ready-to-wear items (such as work boots, socks, pants and shorts, stethoscopes, clogs, running shoes, fire blankets and first aid kits) ship directly from the brand that makes them. These items:
- may arrive in a separate package from your custom items,
- have shipping rates calculated by the carrier at checkout, and
- have shipping times that vary by brand.
Other ready-to-wear items (nurse keychains, nurse makeup bag, nurse waist bag, nurse caps, knee pads, construction helmet and reflective vest) come from other suppliers and ship at the rates shown at checkout. Shipping times for these items vary by supplier.
